How to add a Vorbestellung + Date ( not available for individual variants )

  1. Search up the product in Shopify

  2. Scroll down to Metafields → vorbestelldatum → add a Date ( until this Date the order gets shipped)

  3. Add the product tag: “Vorbestellung”

  4. Set up the correct stock:

    1. set up a virtual stock and disconnect from Billbee
    2. click continue selling when oos

  5. Track the product to our Operation Checkin Board under: Vorbestellung products
