Turn ON the printer

Make sure the printer is turned on and the green and blue lights are always on ( not blinking ) → orange light indicates that we need to refill the toner

Add the printer to your device

You need to be connected to the ahead WLAN

1. Open your system setting and navigate to “Printers & Scanners”

2. Click on “Add Printer,…” → select HP LaserJet MFP M28w

   

3. Now you can print.

1. Open any file (pdf) and click on “file” → “print” ( or click command + p )
2. Select “HP LaserJet”
