How to Create Meetings in Google Calendar
Creating meetings in Google Calendar is simple and allows you to invite others, set times, and include meeting details:
- Open Google Calendar: Go to Google Calendar.
- Click "Create": In the top-left corner, click the "Create" button.
- Enter Event Title: Add a clear name for your meeting, such as "Team Meeting" or "Project Update."

- Add Guests: In the "Guests" section on the right, type in the email addresses of the people you want to invite.
- Add a Description (optional): If needed, add details or an agenda in the description box.

- Click "Save": When you’re done, click the "Save" button at the top, then click "Send" to send invites to your guests.
Tips for Creating Meetings:
- Use Color-Coding: Assign different colors to different types of meetings (e.g., blue for internal meetings, green for client meetings).
