Make sure the printer is turned on. (Normally, they are always on)
Open the document, file or webpage you want to print.
Click Print or use the shortcut: ◦ Windows: Ctrl + P ◦ Mac: Cmd + P
Select the printer for your floor: ◦ Printer 2 floor → if you are on the second floor ◦ Printer 3rd floor → if you are on the third floor
Check the print settings, such as the number of copies, colour or double-sided printing.
Click Print. ✅ That’s it! Your document will be printed on the selected printer.
