Once your iPhone/iPad or MacBook is logged in with your business account @ahead-nutrition.com
, currently you can not download Apps from the Apple App-Store.
Please follow these steps:
On your device open “System settings” → “Apple ID” → “Media & Purchases”
Next to “Account” → click on “Manage” → open App-Store pop-up
Start the Apple App Store and Iphone: click on your account logo in the top right corner → Scroll down and click on "Log out" Mac: On the top bar click on “Store” → “Sign Out”
You now need to log in again with the following account in the App Store:
LOGIN DATA: Email: [email protected] Password: Random3007*
On the 2 factor athentication you need to select the “send code to mobile number” method ( might appear after first method ) and then contact @JD
